Do you think it would be better to rotate the World Cups ...

by continent rather than countries going forward? Travel and broadcasting capabilities have greatly evolved. As long as each group is in 1 city, fans can plan. Travel is far easier nowadays. Fans are most always making last minute plans in the knock out rounds. Could that work and take away more power from FIFA?
