Help me here. What are the positives for the


average fan associated with spending millions to reduce seating capacity? We already have a relatively small stadium compared to many other football programs.

From a UVa standpoint, I can see where fewer available seats forces VAF donors to contribute more money. I can also understand the desire to minimze the negative perception associated with half full stadiums.

What are your thoughts?
