Nothing says she still can't be

UW, despite recent success, is not an easy job. It should be the premier job in the Pacific Northwest but right now Oregon and Oregon State ahead and can argue both Gonzaga and Washington State as well too. Add in the fact we still haven't talked about the two most recent finalist for the NCAA championship being in your conference and that is a tough one.

Assuming an opening happens next year and depending on the contract terms, would not be unreasonable for Tina Langley to come out this way. We would need to help pay but that is part of the reason you wait the extra year so instead of buying out a bad coach you buy out the right coach.

From a career standpoint, doesn't look great for Tina but if she turns around Virginia it doesn't matter this is her last job (unless she takes over for Brenda in College Dump at some point). For us, it's just money. If she is the right fit you pay it.

To be frank shocked she didn't end up at Auburn being a Alabama girl. That being said the Tigers got a great coach.
