If you are talking about the Danville CVC at JC Penny .....

Then the second shot would be there and not her local health district. She might be able to schedule a second shot with CVC locally assuming we are talking the same vaccine type. They had a rush of BRHD people heading to Danville and then trying to get followups closer to home. To discourage this, they stopped offering second shots in Cville (via LHD).

Just STFU and get the friggin' shot.
