Go to SEC.gov and look the company up on EDGAR. There will be a filing


that describes the stockholder rights and the details of the going private transaction. The details will likely be in an exhibit to one of the filings.

The fact that you haven't received a mailing may mean that your shares are lost (because the transfer agent or your broker should have provided your physical or email address for various notice requirements). Assuming the transaction has happened, this could mean your address on file is incorrect and the agents are treating you as lost. If that "lost" period exceeds 2 or 3 years depending on the jurisdiction you live in, you're shares may have escheated to that state. In that case, check the state's online unclaimed property dbase.
