Not sure you can

Fears are an individual thing and vary by individual. A snake might scare someone whereas the other collects as pets.

To me, I am young and healthy and the negatives of the past year far outweight the positives - all from the lack of normalcy around travel, dining out, engaging with people, sitting in a steamroom. I see 90-95% effectiveness from a bad outcome and that sounds great.

However, I can appreciate someone that is older and in lesser health and they see 5-10% chance of a bad outcome even if vaccinated. Doesn't seem rationale from my perspective, but that is only my perspective.

Put another way, if there was something that had a 5-10% chance of severely harming a 35 year old white male then I would probably think more than twice about doing it no matter how safe others viewed it (say a rare pathogen than has almost no impact on an overweight 70 year old)
