You can buy official NCAA baseballs, but I don't think you can buy the

league-specific ACC baseballs -- I believe only the teams and the conference can get those.

Word of warning: if you're buying them for autographs, beware: even the official Rawlings baseballs for the NCAA and minor leagues are inferior to the official MLB baseballs, and are prone to bleeding. I believe all Rawlings balls EXCEPT the MLB baseballs are made in China, and the MLB balls are still made in the DR and/or Haiti.
