No, but as I explained below, giving him a "Card" is outrageous enough
on its own. I'm willing to concede that he did something else to warrant expulsion for the sake of this argument.
Writing him up on a "Professionalism Concern Card" for questioning ambiguities or inconsistencies in an assertion being made by a professor is pathetic and ourageous and inherently contrary to the notion of pursuit of truth - taking the Dean/Prof at her own words! She wrote the Card and she only references the questioning from the panel session. He may have been a flaming d@#$head but there's nothing professional about his questioning of a profession in a Q&A session.
