People say that about commercial real estate, but where I live, the pandemic

didn't change the arc of growth much at all. Neither on the residential real estate side nor the commercial side. And that's in a market that has tons of room to grow horizontally (lots of new land to development) - not just passing around existing inventory.

I hear you in terms of some sort of bubble bursting, but to me in NY, that just means a depression of pricing until demand increases and takes up the supply. Manhattan is only 22 square miles. NYC is only 302. Just only so much inventory to go around, and not much space to increase that.
