This would be a great course of action for him, and if this is done


thru a CC, perhaps academics will come easier to him. Learning to fly is not an easy thing. I got my pilots license at 15 and it opened up so many positive scenarios for my future. The Air Force hounded me all through college, and I joined right out of school. What I did notice in my learning to fly is that I became more interested in things peripherally and it did help me understand better how to concentrate academically, which accounts for 80% of learning to fly. If he wants to pursue a career in aviation that should be understood.
