I don't think that there is an easy answer to that. I'd say that it depends

on the context -- both the team and the season.

For example, Man City has under-performed in the CL over about the past 5 years, so the CL is quite important to them this season. They want to get that monkey off their back & now that they've reached the finals, they have successfully done that.

However, for a team like Leicester City, which won the EPL title in 2015-2016 (they began the EPL's most remarkable season ever at 5,000/1 outsiders), the EPL title is clearly more important. (By the way, I laughed loud and hard at this line in the same article about Leicester City: "... according to bookmakers at the time, there was more chance of Elvis Presley being alive than there was of the Foxes bringing home the trophy".)

Of course, fans of the same team have different opinions on the subject, based on their personal preferences and circumstances. For example, English fans might tend to cherish the EPL title more than a team's fans from other countries.

Personally, I would cherish a CL title more than an EPL title. My reasoning:

(1) The CL has the best club teams in Europe --
or in the world for that matter, since the European clubs have the best players because they offer the highest salaries -- so to win, a team must beat the best of the best. Thus, the name Champions League -- :)()()
