UNC and Duke are certainly among the top jobs in college BB

That said, were I in an as established and comfortable position as those you mentioned, I'd be very reluctant to take over at either program. In part the famous adage, "You don't want to follow the legend, you want to follow the guy who followed the legend" comes into play. More to the point, the expectation for any coach who takes over at either UNC or Duke is at least one ACC championship and one FF appearance in the next 5 years (and a NC would be icing.)

Of the coaches in last year's ACC, only two met that criteria, and with Williams gone, only one returning coach meets that criteria (don't need to tell you who.) While there are high expectations at the current schools, most of the coaches you mentioned can fall somewhat short of those lofty goals and not be on the piping hot seat.
