Very good analysis and it shows that Federer, Nadal and Djokovic all

being all time greats at the same was extremely unlikely and basically a giant fluke, given the relatively small countries with little tennis history they come from, especially Switzerland and Serbia.

Someone will have to be #1 and others will have to be at the top as well, IMO once the Big 3 retire and I think Fed at almost 40 is very close As great as Nadal has been, he is about 35 and except for tournaments on the red clay he is very beatable, He did barely win the US Open last year after Djoker hit the lines woman with a ball and got thrown out. IMO even Djoker (about 31) has only 3 to 5 years left at being #1 or 2. Then guys like Medvedev, Tsitsipas and Zverev will probably at the top of men's tennis, but lots of others will be competitive and will have to reach the top 10 or 15, maybe even including some young Americans. although I see no American men capable of becoming a top 3 player. The future of American women's tennis may be all be wrapped up in Coco Gauff

The total dominance by the Big 3 and to lesser extent Big 4 when Murray was healthy, has IMO been bad for the Men's game, but it did happen. I say bad because unless these guys were playing each other the outcome was basically known and the other guys had almost no chance of winning and it has been that for a decade or more.
