EAPo - in this case, you are the one who apparently does not agree with the

law. Jacobson and many subsequent cases have long established the legal right of this type of policy by schools. People sued then and they continue to sue today in virtually every iteration. The first major anti-vaxx movement was founded in response to this case. So I have little doubt that you are right and suits will follow. And you bring up a point that I am sure will be invoked - the EUA status. But Jacobsen - which has been affirmed many times - was decided long before EUA was even a concept and its principles really have nothing to do with EUA or FDA or any specific regulatory framework. So at least in my opinion, it is highly likely that lawsuits will fail - regardless of the fact that I'm sure there are plenty of lawyers and individuals eager to sue. So when you talk about changing the law and framework, I'd look in the mirror on this one.
