What "statute" are you referencing? Are you talking about something in the


EUA language? If so, are you suggesting that something in the EUA language somehow trumps 100+ years of settled judicial authority about the larger principle that states can in fact mandate vaccines in different circumstances? What exact language? What exact "statute". I'm really not getting it.

You can argue all day long that given the facts in THIS case, schools should not be allowed this action. I obviously disagree and think that will lose pretty soundly, but lawyers can argue. You also seem to be wanting to argue that Jacobson and subsequent cases are either completely irrelevant (no idea how you can argue that) or that they were really decided wrong and should be overturned. Fine to argue that if you wish.

But I remain completely perplexed regarding what statute and exact language you think is so obviously being ripped apart here.
