Okay I understand the sell out element but not sure what grad rates and non

revenues have to do with it.

I mean Kentucky, Duke, or UNC basketball would sell out just about anywhere they would play and they aren't pulling national contracts. Not to mention, all three of those schools have won National Championships in the past couple decades.

Ohio State football, Alabama, LSU....the same. Championships....huge followings....sellouts.

I feel like Notre Dame is being rewarded for a mystique that doesn't really exist any longer. I mean, they are getting it, so something is there....I just don't know how they are able to sustain being Independent, whereas Alabama, Ohio State....they aren't swinging those deals. I really doubt grad rates and a national championship in an Olympic Sport is sealing the deal.
