Her only >$25k ITF tourney in the past 7 years was in 2018 in Italy...seems

like she's content to rack up wins at the $25k level instead of challenging herself at the 60/80/100 levels. If that's what floats her boat, good for her. It's a little sad, though -- kind of like when Rickey Henderson and Jose Canseco played in the Atlantic League.

You'd think that with her top 10 wins early in the year, and her ranking, she'd easily qualify for the $100k tourneys in the summer, and could use those to tune up to put her in the best position to succeed at the US Open.

Oh well. Emma had a good showing. If she can stay healthy, she has all the makings of a champion as a professional. Would be great to see a collegiate woman do well in a sport dominated by women who turned pro at 13-14-15.
