I would love that!! Im planning on hitting the market tomorrow am to see


what the mushroom guy has, and Whole Foods also sells some amazing stuff from just down the road (Keswick). I like using some cheap ones to flavor the broth used for the risotto but then get some serious caramelization on the good ones (with garlic, shallots, thyme and rosemary tossed in at the end) to both be mixed in with the risotto and garnished on top.
