Whether you agree with Kyrie or not

I think, standing for what you believe is right (whatever that may be) is admirable. I can't get past the paywall, so I don't know EXACTLY what it says, but what I've read elsewhere says he isn't anti-vax, he is against the government overreach of mandates.

Dr King once said of Muhammad Ali, "He is giving up millions of dollars in order to stand for what his conscience tells him is right. No matter what you think of his religion, you have to admire his courage." with regards to Ali refusing to fight in a war he didn't believe in.

While it isn't exactly apples to apples, to me, it's close. I have never been a fan of Kyrie and as a Celtics fan, I loathed the dude and how he handled himself and the situation in Boston. But if you take out the "what" that he is pushing back against just because you disagree with his position, his standing up for what he believes in is refreshing.

Now whether he's genuine about it, I can't comment. I don't know the dude and have to take him at his word as I would any of you in the same conversation.
