I would communicate it to the seller and seller's agent in a letter, but I


would expect that they will do nothing, so I would prepare to go to court.

You can file a complaint with the licensing board for realtors in SC, but that's not going to help you -- it's just going to possibly result in discipline against the agent. Your priority should be on recovery for their willful failure to disclose a known defect.
