Speaking of canned meat, I had a little fling

with some Hornet canned corned beef hash not too long ago. I found it to be quite satisfying. A few summer vacations in Newport, RI, some years back, walks to the Ocean Breeze Cafe (gone now), and some breakfast with corned beef hash. It hit the spot then. They had great muffins.

So I bought a pack at a shopper’s club which the Mrs. sharply lamented. I know it’s exceedingly unhealthy, but once in a while is okay.
