Why woud he transfer to a team, where he may not make the top 6

and why would Pedroso agree to take him if he was not really needed. I have no idea how good he is, but in general anyone who plays #1 on a decent P5 and BIG tennis team is almost sure to be good enough to make the top 6 on any other P5 team. He was ITA's #19 blue chip recruit coming out of HS. At 6-3 he is sure to have a big serve, which always helps.

He played in our Orange and Blue Classic this fall and won twice. Did anyone see him play?

The more I think about it, I am going to go way out a limb and guess that he plays in our top 4 and maybe even top 3. Pedroso is no dummy when it comes to judging tennis talent and It is very doubtful he would take any transfer who would be our #7 or #8 player.
