Much more difficult in Scott than JPJ

The flat spaces (bleachers, concrete walls) at Scott create an acoustical nightmare.

In JPJ, you have rigging points at the center of the action, so you can put speakers in the middle of the crowd (aka, the giant scoreboard). and easily direct the sound exactly where you need it.

In Scott, there are limited rigging points for speakers and the open end/horseshoe creates major echos. The proper fix would be majorly expensive, so it makes sense to have a single primary point of sound (HooVision) to beam into the closed end.

Plus, the fewer the fans, the bigger the acoustical issues.

Reinforcement at field level would help dramatically, but would take up space on the sidelines.
