I think it's probably bc there are quite a few different finishes


you can end up across so many home options. The space is so different from house to house. I imagine they want you to buy your own fridge so you can decide how filled up that space you want, and if you want the fridge to stick out at all, etc. Luckily this was back when you order a fridge and could have it delivered within a few days, lol. Not like these days when some are on 1 year backorder!
