Definitely top 10 blue chip, probably top 5


She outperformed any incoming American recruit at the Junior French Open.

EDIT: In the TennisRecruiting.net rankings, they had her as the equivalent of the #7 blue chip, and that evaluation was prior to the French Open juniors. I don't think anyone below the top 2 blue chips would be ranked ahead of her right now.
