Is it petty off me to be glad to see that?


I don’t really mean it, and don’t wish bad things on him (though if “bad” is only being a 2nd round pick in the NBA Draft, you’re still doing pretty well).

But it might serve notice to future prospects: beware of the one-and-done promises of the “blue bloods” as well as the risks of coming out too early.

And of course, if you want long term NBA success, your best bet is obviously to come to Virginia and put in the work to improve yourself and your game!
