Not quite Jesse Orosco

My memory of course is the early 1980's Mets teams, culminating in 1986. I was bummed when Orosco moved to the Dodgers.

I don't really follow pro ball, but when he pitched for the O's after he turned 40, I was sorta stunned. He had a respectable 3.00 ERA when he was 45. Then he fell apart his last year, but dang he literally pitched forever.

Still, Lopez pitching over 800 games, playing through age 38, getting some rings that's a mega impressive career, even if his job was mostly to come in and get one or two guys out.
