I mean, if he moves from the mound to CF he enters the lineup.

Pinch hitting for the CF is no different than moving to CF from the mound. Same with the DH, but there's the special DH-ness of the position in that case. I don't know about the P vs. P/DH rules, but if Haseley PH for the DH he would be taking over the DH slot while remaining as a pitcher. I KNOW we did that with Hultzen at times, where Oak let him rest for the first half of the game and then PH him to have his bat in the lineup once he came out as a pitcher.
