Your wireless has a max theoretical speed.

It will likely never be reached. Unless your wireless equipment is really old it will likely operate faster than those download speeds you listed. Therefore, your modem will be the bottleneck, not your wireless.

I don't know what you do on the internet, what your other speed options are, and what the price points are, but I'd definitely stay away from the 1.5 mbps.
