I base it on my observations.

There is also some logic to think about, and the logic is complimentary of the young men playing in the Ivys. There is a MUCH smaller pool of players who qualify for Ivy admissions than who qualify for the ACC or Big 10. Smaller pool--no issue with some top players. But, the depth suffers. The bottom half of most Ivy squads is not close to qualifying to play on an ACC or Big 10 squad.

Michigan beat Penn last year, while Penn beat Virginia twice. Although, that last game of the season for Virginia is a tough one to look at and say that it means much--season was over and playing in the boobie prize game.
