John Oliver had the guts to tackle an awkward topic in person

I love John Oliver, and it's nice to see that his in-depth stories on his show lead him to not be afraid to tackle in-depth interview questions. We need to have these conversations, no matter how brutal they are. As people see it, they will hopefully get an awareness of how prevelent this crap is. These stories have been silent (or swept under the rug) for too long. So it's good to see people in Hollywood starting to hold each other accountable. Better late than never, and it's good to see Oliver the interviewer be as thorough as Oliver the TV host. It's easy to do that behind a desk with written material. It is not quite as easy to do it face-to-face with the accused in what was supposed to be a light-hearted affair.
