I'm certainly not saying that recruiting is in the toilet, but I do think that women's recruiting needs to get better. I'm not sure I see why we should be excited about the women's class at this point.

I think nearly everyone now realizes that this staff is terrific in terms of swimmer development, and I'm extremely happy with that.
