He's been handed the keys to a super car (Barca, Bayern, Man City) and asked to win a race with one or two other super cars, some Porsches, a couple Acuras, and a bunch of Corollas.

Yes, he has something to do with his team's successes. But he's only managed teams that SHOULD be dominant in their leagues. That doesn't mean he's a great manager, it just means he's competent. It would be interesting to see what he would have done with even Man Utd or Liverpool instead of them getting Mourinho and Klopp. Let alone how successful he might be with a Crystal Palace or Swansea.

It also doesn't mean he's not a great manager. But how can you really judge someone if they've only been in charge of Barca, Bayern and City and had success? I don't think he's a bad manager by any means, but I find it difficult to say I know for sure he's a great manager. He might merely be a good manager with great talent. I would expect a good manager with great talent to put out a great team.
