Do you mean student loans or scholarships that do not requre repayment?


Of course most D1 quality tennis players come from reasonably well off families, so actual financial need would be tough to prove and if there are no NCAA standards about what need is, then any school can basically give anything it wants and just call it need based aid and thus circumvent the 4.5 scholarship limit for men's tennis and the limits in all other sports as well.


Is what you say true in all college sports?
