For those interested in my pursuit of a pickup...

Here's what I ended up with. Love the ride, and it's comfortable as heck. A little baffling, though, for a 2018 vehicle not to have programmable garage door buttons, still have manual folding mirrors and you still have to manually insert the key to start it. Especially considering it's modern enough that there's built in Wi-Fi (which the kids are swooning over - Netflix while riding!)...

Other than those few quibbles, loving it! Thanks for the feedback from the GMC truck owners. I ended up going a little smaller (Canyon instead of Sierra) so I could bump up the comfort level. After so many years in sports sedans, it was hard to totally give up the comfort.

I guess after 9 years, you can say I am officially a Texan! Luccheses were first, Baretta was second and the truck has sealed the deal.
