Danny Oquendo

Notes: Oquendo is the most versatile player for Hackensack, as he lines up at safety, wide receiver, and returns punts and kicks. As a junior last season, he made around 30 catches for close to 600 yards and five scores. He returned one punt return and one kick-off return for touchdowns.

Coach Ralph Dass: “He’s a good wide receiver, he’s a good defensive back…he’s just a great athlete on both sides of the ball. He’s got good speed. He’s a playmaker. He makes plays for us…whether it’s a big catch, a big hit, or a key return. Danny’s an exciting athlete.”
