Jacob Phillips

Notes: As a junior, Phillips completed 54 of 120 passes for 970 yards, 11 touchdowns and six interceptions. In addition, he rushed 120 times for 1,026 yards and 15 touchdowns. On defense, Phillips made 98 tackles and intercepted two passes from the free safety position as a junior.

Coach Will Fields: "Jacob's strength is in his athleticism. We run the option quite a bit, and he makes reads and runs the ball very well. He has a savvy for the game and is a very tough player. He's the toughest player I've ever coached."
