Notes: Newsome has been the starting quarterback his sophomore and junior seasons. As a junior in 2007, Newsome totaled 1,800 yards (1,300 passing and 500 rushing) and 24 touchdowns in leading the Bruins to a 10-2 overall record.

A good athlete, Newsome also competes in the 110-meter hurdles.
