As a junior, Lalich completed 189 of 331 passes (57%) for 2,671 yards with 22 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He was named first-team all-Patriot district and honorable mention Washington Post all-metro for his performance.

Lalich also earned first-team all-combine honors at the National Junior combine in San Antonio in January 2006. The National Junior combine brings together the top players from all across the country.
