Trey Mines

Notes: A two-sport star, Mines excels in basketball as well as football. He earned all-conference, second-team all-central and honorable mention all-state honors at running back as a junior last season.

Coach Mike Alley: "Even though he’s not as tall as some of the other guys, he can play. For football, he can do it all for us. He can run, he can block and he can catch. He’s kind of like an athletic fullback playing tailback. He’s a very good linebacker. I would say at the next level he’ll probably play at fullback or outside linebacker simply because of the way that he’s built and his speed. I was just very impressed with him. He had a great year for us."
