Coming off of an impressive 59-16 demolition of Western Michigan, Virginia head coach Al Groh said it was a good time
for his team to get a week off to get their minds and bodies rested and rejuvenated for their second ACC conference game
against Wake Forest, two weeks from now. If he broke the season into phases like last season, Groh said Virginia would
be at the end of their second phase after training camp and their first set of games. The Cavaliers will practice on
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before getting the rest of the week off.
