This week, we learned about new offers for in-state prospects Liberty (Bealeton, VA) offensive lineman Alex Stadler , Liberty (Bedford, VA) defensive tackle Daryl Robertson and Fork Union Military Academy (VA) athlete Brandon Caleb .
Stadler, a 6-6, 300-pound offensive line recruit, picked up offers from Virginia Tech and Wake Forest according to Liberty head coach Tommy Buzzo. In addition to those two programs, Stadler now has scholarship offers from Duke, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Marshall, North Carolina, Northwestern, Rutgers, Syracuse and Temple.
Florida, Nebraska and Virginia are schools showing very serious interest as well.
6-3, 285-pound Daryl Robertson picked up offer #2 when the University of Maryland extended a scholarship offer according to head coach Chris Watt s. Robertson now has offers from Maryland and Virginia Tech and is drawing serious interest from UVa, Clemson, Michigan and UNC as well.
FUMA’s star athlete Brandon Caleb landed his first scholarship offer this week and it’s from a big-time program. According to FUMA prep football head coach Mickey Sullivan, the University of Oklahoma has offered Caleb a scholarship.
Boston College, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska are schools showing serious interest in Caleb, who is a 6-2, 190-pound recruit who could play wide receiver or defensive back on the next level. Virginia and Virginia Tech are showing light interest right now.
