John Bivens , a 6-2, 215-pound big-time “sleeper” recruit, confirmed last night that he indeed still plans to take an official visit to Virginia this weekend. The Prince George (VA) star talks about what will be his first official visit, as well as when a decision could come.

But first, Bivens gave us an update on how a recent baseball combine in Florida went. He plans on signing with a school to play football, but, if he is selected high in the Major League Baseball Draft, he could decide to play professional baseball instead.

“I played pretty good,” Bivens said of his performance in Florida. “I showed what I could do. I talked to some scouts and a couple of teams told me they might come down to my house.”
