The University of Virginia is off to a terrific start in the 2008 class, as Coach Groh and company have landed two commitments at a key position of need. What’s more is that both prospects hail from the same state – Ohio.
Last September, UVa landed a verbal from 6-7, 265-pound Gilmour Academy (Middlefield, OH) standout Matt Mihalik . Two days ago, while on a visit to UVa for a junior day, 6-7, 290-pound Aaron VanKuiken offered his pledge to the staff.
