Spurlock, rated a 4-star prospect by Rivals.com and Scout.com, chose the ‘Hoos over offers from Clemson, Georgetown, N.C. State and Wake Forest, with the final decision coming down to UVa and Georgetown. The Woodbridge, Virginia, native took some time to discuss his commitment in depth in this latest edition of “Q&A”.
