While coaching at Washington State, University of Virginia head coach Tony Bennett recruited Provo (UT) forward Chris Collinsworth. Coach Bennett recruited hard but missed out on the 6-9 forward, who eventually signed with BYU. Brewbaker Magnet (Montgomery, AL) guard K.T. Harrell and Lake Chelan (WA) guard/small forward Joe Harris have already committed to UVa’s 2010 class, but Bennett has not let up on his pursuit of Collinsworth.

“I think what Coach Bennett is saying is what Kyle does fits perfectly with the other guys they are bringing in,” Jeff said. “Kyle is a great ball-handler and passer and he can get to the basket.
