News and Notes: Spring Game Reaction

The University of Virginia played host to some top 2012 class targets this past Saturday. In this latest edition of “News and Notes,” read more on Spring Game visitors J.C. Coleman (RB, Oscar Smith), Mark Harrell (OL, Charlotte Catholic), Win Homer (OL, Christchurch) Kwontie Moore (LB, Norfolk Christian) and Michael Moore (DE, DeMatha Catholic). Also check out the latest update on Bayside wide receiver/safety Anthony Cooper , who was not in attendance this past weekend but will be on grounds later this month.

Saturday’s experience seems to have been a good one for Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA) running back J.C. Coleman . Having visited Virginia several times now, the 5-7, 170-pound junior has a good feel for what UVa has to offer.

“I pretty much think I know everything I need to know about Virginia,” said Coleman. “I’ve always been impressed with the school. The coaches have recruited me heavy. They show a lot of love. Nothing changed this weekend with the way they treat me. I know there is love there between them and me.”
