One of the nation’s top rising junior defensive linemen resides in the Commonwealth as well. Tim Settle, a 6’3″, 310-pound prospect out of Stonewall Jackson High School in Manassas (VA), already boasts offers from Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Miami, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Ohio State, South Carolina, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and more.
“He’s just disruptive,” Stonewall Jackson head coach Mike Dougherty said of Settle. “For a 310-pound kid, he has great hips and joint flexibility. It’s crazy because none of what he can do is taught. He just does it. He’s 6’3″, 310 pounds, and he’s only 15, but the thing that stands out is his explosiveness.”
