The NBA boasts seven NBA Academies throughout the world. According to the official NBA Academy website, the “hub for top international male and female prospects from around the world” is the NBA Global Academy based in Canberra, Australia. This spring, the Global Academy, which launched in November of 2016, produced its first two NCAA recruits.
