At the end of the night Saturday, just looking at the numbers between Virginia and Maryland would not explain the 14-point difference on the brand new scoreboard at Scott Stadium.
Total yards were roughly in the same ballpark, each team had four trips to the red zone, and despite the amount of pressure quarterback Anthony Colandrea was under throughout, even the sack numbers were even in the end. So how do you explain the final scoreline of 27-13 for the Terrapins over the Cavaliers?
